STATEMENT

In my projects, I explore the boundaries between matter, light, and perception. From expanded drawing to light installations, I investigate the line as a territory and the invisible as a sensory manifestation.

I traverse different languages, often through situated research that leads to sculptural objects, photography, video, site-specific works, and performative actions. I am deeply interested in a working process that is permeable to context and in the exploration of new materialities as a constructive force for parallel realities.

Light also functions as a transversal concept that articulates some of the languages I work with. In many of my projects, it acts as an allegory, enabling narratives where the gaze lingers on the hypnotic and the immaterial.

I am deeply compelled to investigate the behavior of the line, questioning its boundaries. Through drawing and installation, I propose a dialogue with it, problematizing its limits within the possibilities of tangible and intangible, symbolic and concrete territories.
